With experience across healthcare operations, nonprofit management, education, and public policy, I bring a strategic mindset and a heart for service to every initiative. I’m passionate about building equity-centered solutions, engaging diverse stakeholders, and empowering teams to grow and thrive. My leadership is grounded in data-informed strategy, but also guided by values. I believe in doing what’s right, not just what’s easy.
Outside of work, I find strength both literally and spiritually through powerlifting and my walk with God. Both disciplines remind me daily of the importance of discipline, resilience, and inner strength. Whether I’m leading a project or lifting a barbell, I show up with intention, integrity, and a drive to make an impact that lasts.
